It’s the eve of the new year, and people have already had in their mind what their resolution is going to be. This year I will get a gym membership. Great! That is awesome! Just getting a gym membership isn’t enough though. A gym membership is defiantly a step in the right direction to becoming a stronger version of yourself, but it is not the only piece to the puzzle. Consistency, that is what is key. Get yourself a schedule and make training more important then anything else that happens in the 1 or 2 hours. Training is only one piece though. Nutrition is 90 percent of it. I hate to say it because we all love the pizza and the ice cream. Everything with fitness can be done in a variety of different ways, everyone is different. Find out what works for you and stick to it. Just remember you are in this for the long haul not for a month or three months but for the rest of your life. Have a happy new year!!
